A $50 million Series C fundraising round was completed by Seeq Corporation, a maker of manufacturing and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) advanced analytics software.

It was led by Insight Partners with participation from current investors Altira Group, Chevron Technology Ventures, Cisco Investments, Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures, and Second Avenue Partners, bringing the total capital since start to over $115 million.

The company plans to use the capital to expand its development, sales, and marketing resources more quickly and strengthen its position in global markets.

Engineers and scientists working in process manufacturing businesses may analyze, anticipate, cooperate, and share insights using Seeq thanks to the leadership of CEO and Co-Founder Steve Sliwa. Workbench for advanced analytics, Organizer for publishing reports and dashboards, Data Lab for accessing Python libraries, and Cortex for IT governance, data connectivity, and calculation features make up the company’s extensive set of applications for analyzing and sharing insights on process manufacturing data.

Companies in the oil and gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, mining, food and beverage, and other process industries are among the clients.

In addition to its direct sales organization’s in North America and Europe, Seeq is offered globally through a partner network of system integrators that offers training and resale support for the company’s products in over 25 countries.

The business includes sales representation offices throughout South America, Asia, Canada, and Europe.
